Despite the fact that Justin Timberlake makes for one high profile boyfriend, actress Jessica Biel is very understated and usually flies below the radar. However, she was still spotted running around Los Angeles in a great outfit that mixed casual with sophisticated.
Jessica wore skinny jeans and flat shoes, but she topped it off with a beautiful ruffled blouse from Fifteen Twenty. The style goes equally well with casual jeans as it would with dressier pants or a simple skirt.

Really. We don’t see enough of Jessica Biel these days. She must be spending too much time with her hunk of a boyfriend, Justin Timberlake. Geesh.
Anyway, Jessica made her way out and about over the weekend and looked perfectly ladylike in this beautiful black and white Summer dress. Minus the arm candy, Jessica still looked great enough to garner our CelebLOOK of the Day nod.
