You know what every woman needs? A pair of jeans that is flattering to her, uh, butt. It’s clear that Fergie knows that too and has found a great pair to wear!

Fergie was with the Black Eyed Peas at the Taboo and Jump Footwear launch in New York City and she kept it casual with some skinny jeans, black shirt, and blue jacket.

Rihanna has denim vest style

Although Rihanna is well-known for her music, she’s arguably even more famous for her wardrobe. Let’s be honest, everyone seems to keep an eye on her when she’s out just to see what she’s wearing.

The reason for that is that Rihanna is pretty much fearless in her fashion choices, wearing everything quasi-bondage style clothing to hoots that use brass knuckles for heels. Of course, your average person might not feel as free to take such huge style risks which is why it’s nice to sometimes see her in something the rest of us can wear too, like the denim vest pictured above.

Rihanna’s wearing the RVCA grateful acid wash vest which retails for about $176. However, if you’re looking for a nearly identical look you can try out the Divine Right of Denim Western Vest. It’s acid wash, but this isn’t the tacky acid wash some of us remember from the 80s and 90s. Referred to as “starburst wash” it creates a fabulous worn look and this particular vest also has some studs along the collar and pockets for an extra edge without going overboard.

Although the vest is currently not available online, you can purchase it at the Macy’s closest to you for $70.

Ellen Pompeo really loves Boyfriend jeans

Just the other day I wrote about how new mom Ellen Pompeo was enjoying a pair of comfortable jeans because no one who recently gave birth wants to squeeze into tight pants.

She was spotted again today wearing what appears to be the exact same pair of PRVCY Premium Boyfriend jeans – the rips to create the distressed look seem to be in the same places. I had to write about her and her jeans again because for one thing, everyone needs a cozy pair of jeans that they can just kick back in to relax.

The other reason I had to mention them is because when you consider how some celebrities treat their clothing like it’s disposable after one wearing, it’s so refreshing to see an actress wearing the same pants twice within one week!

Ellen Pompeo wears Boyfriend Jeans

New mom Ellen Pompeo did some shopping at Whole Foods and kept things laid-back and casual by wearing some loose-fitting “boyfriend” jeans with a plaid shirt.

Ellen wore the PRVCY brand Premium Boyfriend jeans which feature distressed styling. She also rolled the hems up a bit. While slim-fit jeans can look really great, a looser fit like these probably feel much more comfortable after giving birth not that long ago – I’ve been there, and tight is not a nice feeling around the waist at all!

PRVCY jeans are actually worn by a lot of celebrities, and they seem to be especially fond of these Boyfriend jeans in particular. I guess that if you’re often on the red carpet or on set wearing fitted clothing, something loose like this is a nice break!

Kate Walsh wearing denim mini-shorts

In my own area, Fall has blown through quickly with very cold temperatures and even a bit of snow fall. It’s become a time of wearing jeans, warm sweaters, socks, and coats. But if you live in a warm area like Los Angeles like Kate Walsh does, you might be more inclined to keep your shorts handy.

Kate was out running errands in just a wee tank top and a pair over extremely short shorts. While I could never get away with this outfit at this time of year unless I wanted to deal with potential hypothermia, I would love it if I could!

Here’s something that will make men everywhere rather happy – Megan Fox has signed a deal with Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans. This means we’ll be seeing a whole lot of sexy, provocative photos of Megan in her undies and in denim.

Megan has signed on to be the official face for the two Armani lines for 2010. Megan is one of those people who just exudes sensuality without seeming to even try so I think it’s an excellent choice on their part!

The campaign photos were shot recently by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in L.A. and they’ll be released very soon – I’m curious to see them!

Jessica Alba was seen out running some errands with her daughter Honor Marie recently, and to keep things casual, comfortable, and practical, Jessica wore a simple purple shirt, a cute pair of shoes, and some Black Orchid jeans.

Jessica chose to wear Black Jewel skinny jeans in the jade color. I’m a huge fan of jeans for everyday wear, and you can’t go wrong with a really good pair. Audrina Patridge’s Divine Rights of Denim

Reality star Audrina Patridge is back to work, filming new episodes of the MTV hit show The Hills. I must confess I have never ever seen a single episode, and I probably never will since “Speidi” makes me really queasy. However, I love Audrina; I think she’s adorable and I always keep an eye on what she’s wearing whenever she’s spotted anywhere.

While filming, Audrina wore a cute ruffled tank top (ruffles are a big trend among celebrities lately!), some sky-high heels, and a pair of pre-ripped Divine Rights of Denim jeans.

While I wouldn’t wear these jeans to a nice restaurant, they’d be fun to wear while out shopping, to a party, or to a club for some dancing.

Demi Moore in Black Orchid Boyfriend jeans

Demi Moore never fails to look completely gorgeous. It’s almost startling sometimes. What I love about her is that she can look spectacular on a red carpet in some sort of gown or mini-dress, but she can also look just as good when she’s out running errands, dressed casually.

Demi was spotted picking up one of Hollywood’s most important accessories – a coffee! – and she was keeping it comfortable by wearing a pair of Black Orchid “Boyfriend” jeans. While it can be fun to pull on a pair of skinny jeans that flaunt what you’ve got, sometimes a looser fit can be an even better option, especially if you have a lot of running around to do!

Jennifer Garner plays hard in PRVCY jeans

I love Jennifer Garner. I really do. I have many fashion icons in the celebrity world, but in all honesty, it’s Jennifer who speaks to me most because despite being a celebrity, she just looks like your average – and normal – mom.

She was spotted recently playing with her oldest daughter, Violet Affleck, running around in completely casual clothing, not worrying about picture-perfect makeup, wearing a ball cap, and just having a good time instead of dressing to the nines in the case of a paparazzi moment.

That’s why I love her. When I do the school drop-off and pick-up with my daughter, I’m not dressed up – I’m wearing jeans and t-shirts just like Jen. For me it’s just more practical (and comfortable that way).
