It’s definitely her clothes – girls want to dress like Miley, that’s for sure! However there’s also a lot of curiosity about what kind of makeup she wears. Although Miley wears a lot of makeup on stage and in her videos it’s because of the lights. The actual look itself is generally something that any young girl could wear to a dance or a party.

The best thing about Jenn’s look is that it’s very easy to re-create. I personally love a dramatic, smoky eye but if you don’t do it right (and for a long time I didn’t!) it can end up looking like you’re taking style tips from a raccoon. With such a natural look, it’s quite simple to mimic Jennifer’s technique.

Not only can you purchase Twilight-inspired make-up, they even created two distinct lines in keeping with the story line. For a premium price you can buy make-up from the Luna Twilight line which was inspired by all the good in the Cullen vampires.

On the other hand, you can also get the less pricey Volturi Twilight line, complete with the Volturi logo as seen on the pink lip gloss above. The thought of bubblegum pink being associated with the Volturi is a little funny to me – can you imagine a character like Jane of the Volturi skulking around Italy in that?

I would have thought it would make more sense to create a Volturi line that has a lot of dark, rich colors while saving the lighter everyday make-up shades for the Luna Twilight line, but regardless the whole thing is a whole lot of fun.

It may be borderline creepy to buy make-up inspired by a vampire love story but it’s also brilliant and will probably fly off the shelves as fast as fans can whip out their wallets!

I can not say enough good things about the lovely girl behind this video. She has a huge collection of videos in her channel teaching people how to re-create a variety of celebrity looks. She’s very talented and a lot of fun to watch. She makes it look so easy that I think anyone (even me!) could learn how to apply makeup to duplicate Anne’s great eyes on Oscar night.

(There’s some hilarious snoring in her video at one point – she has a pug who often makes an audio appearance in her tutorials!)

I think I’m going to give this one a try for my next night out, what about you?

First off, can we swoon over how beautiful Keri’s eyes look here? Absolutely amazing.

To get Keri’s eye look and the rest of her makeup look, Romero gave us the low-down on what he used:
Prep + Prime Skin
Moisture Blend Foundation NC42,NC43 and NW45 Matte Bronzing Powder
Blush in Sunbasque and Frankly Scarlet
Eye shadow in Saddle, Blacktied, Cream de Violet
Eye Liner in Blacktrack Fluidline Gel Liner
Lip Liner in Spice and Plum
Prep + Prime Lash Primer
Mascara is Plushlash in Plushblack and Fascinating pencil
Mineralized Skinfinish Natural in Medium and Dark for contouring

FROM ELECTROFLASH:
Mineralized Eye Shadow Duo in Love Connection and Two to Glow
Lipstick in Mellow Mood
Lipglass in Major Minor

And Romero went on to give a few tips on how he applied her look:
Pump up lashes top and bottom with 2 coats of prep and prime mascara
Then add one heavy winter coat of Plushlash mascara in Plushblack. I then add the #7 lashes which I cut into fine pieces and place on the top lashes!

The skin was primed with Prep + Prime Skin and polished with a sheer coat of Moistureblend Foundation that is highlighted with Moisturelush Eye Cream and contoured Matte Bronzer!

Shadows were pumped up with Creme de Violet used as a liner/shadow under eye while Saddle and Black Tied shadows frames the eye!

“Jennifer has such beautiful skin and amazing features,” says Christine. “I wanted to play each focal point off of the next to create a look that was fresh, not too overdone, but definitely a little diva at the same time.”

Look at what Christine used on Jennifer to make her look totally glam!

First, apply Perfecting Powder all over and under the eyes to set and brighten the skin.

Next, to play up the eyes, try a smokey eye with City Chick Smokey Eye Kit in Skyscraper.  Add black eyeliner to the inner bottom rim and a bronze shimmer in the corners of the eyes to make them pop!

Then, highlight the skin above the cheekbones with Believable Bronzer and apply a mix of Shimmer Shape & Glow and a bright pink blush on the apples of the cheeks.

Finish off the look with a pinky-gold super glossy lip look with Life, Love and a Really Great Lipgloss in Bronze Goddess and Love is Pink.
