Allure’s Beauty Ballot

If I can possibly find the time today, I am going to finish filling out the Beauty Ballot over at Allure.com in hopes of winning a makeover weekend for myself and a friend – fully knowing that I never win anything, of course – but it is fun and a good time waster. They basically want you to list all of your favorite products and sent them in. I still have a little bit more to go to finish it, but I think I will let you know my choices when I get it all completed. The time consuming part is that not only do they want the manufacturer for each item, but the exact product name and shade if relevant. It takes a while to figure out what the rubbed off bottoms of the lipstick tube says. 
And maybe it will inspire Max Factor to not discontinue my favorite lipstick as a bonus. I wish!

Check out what others are saying about this post...[...] Currently going on at Glam are the Beauty Awards – I love to share my opinions, so things like this are right up my alley (remember the Allure Beauty Ballot not long ago?). I do wish they had lots more choices in each category, as my true favorites are rarely listed and there is no where for write in votes, but they do have lots of good products to choose from, and it is really nice to see what their idea of the top products are and get some ideas for my next trip to the beauty depot! I am going to spend the next little bit finishing this up and then maybe we can talk about it some more. Go fill it out too, so we will be on the same page. [...]
