I am still job hunting and it's been months now. I am also full time student and school is always stressful, especially that i am a teaching assistant to 2 of my professors. I also don't know how to say "no" to people that try to use others, so I end up helping to some people when I dont really feel like it or when I am too tired. I combat this frustration by volunteering. Nothing feels better thatn hearing someone say "Thank you so much!" and knowing that a few hours of my time make a difference to many needy people. I work in real estate and with the market down and the economy being so bad things are even more stressful than usual. It's a high energy job that's constantly changing so you have to be prepared for anything to happen - ANYTHING! I find cooking calms me down. I just love to cook various foods and watch the Food Network religiously for ideas. That centers me and gives me peace. My work stresses me out!
