I met someone early this week who shared her little lip makeup technique that her friends tease her about it since it’s a little meticulous and fussy. Definitely uncommonly practiced, here take a look at the process: Layer 1 – Concealer + Layer 2 – Powder + Layer 3 – Concealer + Layer 4 – Lip Liner (then fill it in) + Layer 5 – Powder + Layer 6 – Lip Liner (then fill it in) Whew.
