Avon Anew Clinical – Happy Birthday Avon!

Did you know that Avon is celebrating its 120th anniversary on Friday? Yes, that is one HUNDRED and twenty. Wow. That is a mighty long time in the business, there can’t be too many more companies out there that can compete on that level.

That all makes me glad that one of my dearest friends has become an Avon salesperson. Along with my variety of Instant Manicure colors I purchased from her, I also tried this peel, the Anew Clinical Retexturizing Peel. I have only been using it for about a week, but I do like the results so far. This is, by far, the easiest peel product I have used – one step – wipe a pad over your cleansed face. I like that! No mixing, no steps, no waiting, no removing with a special cloth…and the ultra mild “sensation” with it lets me know it is doing something for me. I like a peel with a “sensation” attached to it. And, for the relatively inexpensive price of $25, I got a little lighted pedestal mirror. Ok, it is cheap, and the battery operated light “might” give me sufficient light to do an evening makeup job – but still, it is a gift with purchase, and we love gifts with purchases!!

I am also getting ready to start using the Anew Clinical Eye Lift, which is a product that my mother uses and loves, and I tried it and really liked it when I was in Tennessee earlier this summer. So, I will get back to you on that one in a couple of weeks. It is definitely a cool product.

  1. I’ll be waiting to hear what you think on the anew eye lift, I have been wondering if it really worked. Now that I am old and gravity is weighing in on more than just my boobs.

  2. Amen sister. :) Like I said, I tried it this summer, and really did like it for the few days I used it. It isn’t a magical “laser in a bottle” kind of thing, but a good moisturizer that doesn’t clog my love-to-clog pores around my eyes. I’ll let you know the indepth later on though. :)

  3. I love the Clinical Peel, and my mom loves the clinical eye cream.
