Bath and Beauty Auctions

This could be fun! There isn’t too much action here yet, but with your help we can get this going! BathandBeautyAuctions.com is an auction site only for products and beauty items. My hubby might say this is his dream come true, as he is about to have to build another bathroom for himself – and is clamoring for me to pare down the collection. One thing Allure asked me to do, that didn’t show up in the article, was to count my beauty products. Well, it took awhile, but I did, and had, I believe, 738 items. Some of that needs to go, no doubt. 
So, lets all go clean out our drawers and cabinets and sell sell sell the good stuff! Don’t forget to throw out those old mascara’s – they aren’t good for you to keep very long, much less pass along to someone else!
Great idea – just an auction site for our cupboard runneth over drawers!
I did make a visit to the auction site, and my only complaint (besides the lack of items available – I realize it is new) is that it is very slow loading. I selected makeup-> about 12 seconds to get to foundation -> which took over 20 seconds to find just one listing. I hope they can fix that!
I for one, would get bored fast and click off.
Sounds really great and I like the idea. One woman’s mistake is another’s find. It would be great to get the word out on this site as that is how to attract more people to it to put things on for auction. I take it that this site works pretty much the same way Ebay does..you put in a bid, etc.
Yes you are right the pages take forever to downloand and there is not much for sale on the site. However, I did bookmark it and hopefully it will take off in the next yr or so. This could be fun if it takes off. Cross your fingers!
O.k. I just visited this site and from my end it seems to be downloading just fine? they may have fixed or was in the process of fixing the problem. Besides, sometimes the problem ends up being within our own servers. But, Overall this is a great new site offering a unique twist within the Online beauty industry. So, I’m all for encouraging these guys to keep up the good work!
