I guess I don't really feel addicted, I just feel like I love that warmth of my morning coffee, but I am sure I am. I know I do love the jumpstart that caffeine gives me. I hope to eventually move to tea, but it just doesn't give me the warm fuzzies that a nice sweet creamy cup of coffee does. Oh bother. How funny, Jennifer! I can't even tell you how great it feels to wake up in the morning and not need that first cup to feel human! Anyway, the Good Earth tea is totally yummy. I buy it at my local grocery store in the "natural foods" aisle. I wanted to try green tea for the health benefits, but the caffeine content keeps me away. I found a rooibus tea that is absolutely delicious. It's Good Earth Original Sweet & Spicy Herb Tea. I just love it! If it has health benefits,too, that would be a great bonus. I quit caffeine last November, but still enjoy a hot beverage in the morning.
