Bento Beauty Tip: Tea Tree Oil

pd_tea_tree_oil.jpgTea Tree Oil has proved to be one of the things I make sure I have in my vanity kit. It’s the form of a concealer tube stick. Do you want to know why? It helps me preempt potential breakouts or zits.

I’m one of the lucky ones who hardly gets any zits. Funny cuz I used to get more breakouts when I was younger (probably due to puberty) but nowadays, I hardly get any even with the late nights and long work hours. Not to mention the dirt and humidity. Gah.

Anyway, I recommend that you grab yourself a bottle esp if zits is one of your major skin problems.

Here’s how to use it:

Dab a small amount directly onto skin at the first sign of a blemish, using a clean cotton wool bud on your fingertips.

If you do it before you go to bed, you’ll notice that the zits will be drying up when you wake up. Believe me, it’ll be gone in a day or two.

If you haven’t tried it, I suggest that you make room on your medicine cabinet for a bottle. You won’t regret it.
