Bioque-A Beautiful System for Moisturizing

Bioque's Serum XL

Since I have started out with the importance of moisturizing, I might as well finish the subject off (for now) with a review of a wonderful line of moisturizing products by Bioque (pronounced Bi-O-cue).

I use their Serum XL, which has gotten rave reviews from the Hollywood sect, as an alternative to Botox, and as a product that extends the life of your Botox injections. I also use their Rejuvenating cream, as well as the Vitamin C cream and the day cream and Serum GV (a cancer preventative).

I won’t clutter this blog with product details that you can read for yourself on their website (linked in the first paragraph), I will only tell you that for me, their products have done just about what they say they will do, and without causing me headaches like clogged pores and blackheads.

In the daytime, after cleansing and toning, I smooth just a drop of Serum XL over my face, concentrating on my forehead, between my eyes (where my arch enemy line lives), and around the outer eye skin. I then use the day cream, over my whole face and neck.

In the evening, I use the Rejuvenating cream, followed by the Vitamin C cream. All of the products absorb very well into your skin, leaving it very soft and not greasy feeling at all.

Pros: All products do just what they say they will. Hides fine lines, does a great job moisturizing without causing clogged pores!

Cons: Pretty pricey! You could feasibly spend a good bit of time every morning and evening applying creams and serums. But it will be worth it! ;)

Overall: Highly recommended!

  1. [...] Also in the product line is an Argeriline-based serum, called the 5 minute Face Lift. I have done a bit of research in the past about Argeriline, as it is a main ingredient in the serum I currently use (which, by the way, costs about 4 times as much as this one!), and it is a fairly new and effective “botox in a bottle.” The recommended concentration of Argeriline is 10%, and I cannot find any information on the concentration on the Christina Cosmetics web site, so if anyone knows, I sure would appreciate the tip!
