I love sportsbras and wear them all the time and found that the champion action tech is one of my favorites. It offers comfort and great support as well the stylish keyhole design.

I do wear a sports bra all the time, since I participate in many sports activities. I like it, especially, when you work out with guys. it minimizes the impact area, and I am not so out there. however, my only complaint, even if they say that it’s breazable sports bra, it’s not. after 4 hours of activities you always have moisutere under the bra, no matter how good it is. so it’s a battle of support (snugg) and breazability.

I find the right ones pretty comfy, but you definitely have to try them for awhile. Great for mowing on our farm (can get, um, well, a little bouncy out there on the tractor, lol!).

I do wear sports bras when I’m working out and I’ve tried to wear a sports bra once for one full day, but found it very restricting – Guess that’s the point, eh? This is coming from someone who didn’t wear a bra during college – was quite the hippie chick

like you I’m not an athlete in any sense of the word however I do enjoy going to the gym . As I am heavier round the bosoms a good sports bra is a must , HerRoom is a site that I will pay attention to and use frequently . great info . great blog.
