Elke’s Makeup Lessons – Foundation

I have been stinky-stinky-stinky at getting these up like I wanted to, but here is lesson 2 of Elke’s basic makeup lessons – this one is on foundation. Elke shows us how to find the perfect color for your skin, and her trick to using concealer. Check out that brush she is using – she is very artistic, no? I have been so accustomed to my powder foundation, but she has made me want to get out my liquid again and play artist!

This is my official notice that I am leaving tomorrow morning (assuming I actually get packed – it is 2 am now and I am not yet packing – obviously!) to road trip to my lovely high school reunion in Tennessee. I have a few posts planned for the next few days, so keep your fingers crossed that they don’t mess up! Did I mention I am very ready for normalcy to enter my life again with the coming school year starting up in 2 weeks? Well I am. I guess I have become a creature of habit.

You really are brave to go back to your high school! Just thinking about going to mine gives me knots in my stomach. I hope you have a wonderful time. I bet you’ll have girls (and guys) all over you with beauty questions, especially after the article in AlLURE. I know I would be following you into the bathroom just to find out what products have in your purse. Not to mention that I would be asking you fifty questions about everything from skin care to hair care! Just kidding, or am I? Anyways, have a safe trip and be sure to tell us all the details.
