Eyeing Relief
Yet another Friday, and still, no Friday night date. Alas.
But my horoscope encourages me to socialize this weekend, so I am primping and prepping for a Girl’s Night Out with local pals.
And trust me, I am in dire need of the beauty work, especially around the eyes.
My adorable Lhasa Apso, Cody, took a stumble down the stairs in the middle of the night last night. He is 15, so needless to say I have been worried. Grate half cucumber, strain it and keep in the fridge to cool. Take two pieces of cotton wool dipped in rose water and the cold cucumber juice, and place these on your eyes…. Get the full scoop here.
Rose water is so delicate and feminine, it gives this remedy an extra special touch. See my rose water pick in this earlier post. And please share your eye-saving tips and tricks. I need all the help I can get today!
