Damage Repair Haircare System

The Sunsilk Damage Repair Haircare System, which consists of shampoo, conditioner and intensive treatment conditioner, has an advantage over the Smooth & Manageable set. Why so? This line has already left a positive impression on me since I’ve already tried and actually finished an entire pot of the intensive treatment conditioner before. I was generally impressed and is meaning to keep it in my “beauty repertoire” since it works well with my hair.

What’s new this time around is that I get to try the very same intensive treatment conditioner together with its shampoo and conditioner. I will be able to test whether it will provide maximum results and if I’ll be a shy away from achieving the sort of hair I’ve been dreaming about. I reckon I’m setting very high expectations on this Sunsilk Haircare System but it has performed real well, the intensive treatment conditioner, at least. But I sure know to keep an open mind and judge fairly.

There’s nothing wrong with orange per se but I can’t help but wonder why they opted to use the colour. Btw, the details on each product will provided when I write the full review. For now, main ingredient that sets it apart from the other haircare systems is the presence of Olive Oil. Let me just reiterate that I love this scent. I find it relaxing (dunno why exactly). I’m reminded of Dry Oil Mist in Olive from The Body Shop that I absolutely love. Am I so glad that I bought one when they were still selling it in glass bottle dispensers but we’re not talking about that.

Anyway, thanks to Sunsilk for giving away samples of their products during their Life Can’t Wait event. I’ll just update you guys on how this *testing* will turn out. Can’t wait! LOL.

Have you tried other Sunsilk products? Sun Silk is relatively new product on the market, isn’t it? I always see coupon inserts and for some reason I always see their products in spanish.

The smell of Damage Repair range to me is nice at few seconds but after a few minutes it gives somewhat a headache and it’s smell nauseates me. The former bottle of Treatment is very good and even competes with Smooth-Intense masque from Elsève but im not sure with the new bottle because of its new formulation but in the future i might try it to find out if it is still good.

I actually love how Sunsilk smells. Both the Smooth & Manageable and the Damage Repair line. I like the latter better cuz it smells of Olives. :)

Hey. Have you heard of Brown Rice hair mask? It is actually a Korean product. I just bought it and I wanted to try it. Do you think it’s a good product for rebonded hair? (if ever you’ve heard of it already)

  7. Sasha Manuel says:

I’m familiar with the brand, Brown Rice but I’ve only seen their body lotion and hand cream. It’s up for review soon. :)

    Hi Sasha:

I am in the US, where can I buy these products? I have bought 6 months worth when I visited Asia but now I am running out.

    Thanks for your help.

Im using BROWN RICE shampoo, conditioner & hair mask. Just bought it few ago and im liking it! Bought it from a friend who owns a salon. Here’s her # 0922-8500069. I always go to my friend’s salon coz i like their stylist (a graduate from Tony & Guy Academy in Japan).

For REBONDED hair, i suggest you use the ST treatment of Schwarzkopf.
