The best gift I gave my baby brother was a sleeping bag for Christmas. That winter the electric was out for two weeks due to a severe ice storm. He was nice and toasty though.
although my hubby is a star wars fan, he didn’t appreciate the Star Wars Battleship game I got him one year for Christmas. Oops!
I gave my husband a trip to Las Vegas with three of his friends.

The best gift I gave my guy was I planned a fishing trip for him and his 9 friends. Everything was included and all he had to do was fish!!!

I would guess that all of my gifts to my hubby aren’t great. He tends to be practical, so, what do you get him. The worst is probably what I have him for Father’s Day this year. It is a collar extender. How great is that!
The best gift for my husband was a 3-night trip to Cozumel where he got to scuba dive and windsurf – two of his favorite activities – and we both got to enjoy good Mexican food – which we love.
The worst was in a very austere year when gifts had to be banally practical, like socks and underwear. Yuck!

Oh, the worst gift I ever gave a guy was to my brother. I gave him a stapler shaped like a rabbit. He said he didn’t want it and gave it back! To be fair, I was in 6th grade and had no money of my own so the fact that I got him anything was to be applauded, I think. Not to mention that he has given me some real lemons over the years as well.
Does giving him a kid count as givng him a good gift?

the best guy gift I ever gave my son was tickets to his favorite professional hockey team, team jersey, autographed hockey stick, and his name on the screen wishing him happy birthday. He was beyond happy
The best gift I ever gave my husband was a vintage Optimus Prime
I gave my husband a really ugly tie a few years back. He wouldn’t tell me what he wanted, so that’s what he got. Now he tells me “anything but a tie”.
Cash is king in my book, good cigars being a close second.
ONe year, when I asked my husband what he wanted, he actually said “underwear!” We were visiting realtives, but by golly, I put a pack of jock straps in his stocking! (See if he ever asks for underwear again!)
Here goes..in the 50’s I gave my sweetheart (before we wed) a pink shirt. Now today that wouldn’t be a problem but then – shouldn’t have done it. I think he wore it “once”! Happily married for the past 52 years – guess he forgave me!

The worst gift I have ever received was on Christmas morning. I tore open the wrapping paper, to find an Xbox 360 cardboard box. I was so excited, until I opened it, and found a pair of tube socks. As my family laughed at me, I realized the socks didn’t even fit me. At least my last gift actually WAS an Xbox, put inside a cardboard box.
Best gift I’ve given is personalised plates that he had been talking to his friend about for his MUCH loved car.
