The best gift I ever got my fiance was an autographed football from a Steelers football player. He is a huge Steelers fan and I bid on the football at a charity auction just for him.

The worst gift I ever gave a guy was 2 skeins of yarn (they were part of a package of 8 gifts for Hanukkah). I had every intention of knitting him a scarf, in his favorite colors, but the b@st@rd cheated on me and dumped me 2 days before NYE. He didn’t deserve the scarf and I’m sure I could have found other uses for the yarn after learning that info. He’s lucky I’m a nice person.
The worst gift I’ve ever received was a Corning Ware Casserole Dish from my ex husband.
The best gift; was a silver brooch my daughter made me that was the exact copy of the roses she used to sketch for me when she was a young girl.

The best gift I ever gave my man was a homemade picture frame with a print he really liked. He likes crafty things – good for the pocketbook!
Surprise trip to Santa Monica for me and hubby was the best.
The worst gift I ever got my husband was a shaving cream warmer. It’s still sitting on my dresser, unopened, for two years now.
I bought my husband a garage full of power tools. That was definitely the best gift.

I gave my Dad a watch that he really liked and has worn ever since.
The one I remember most is a gag gift I gave my brother shortly after he returned from overseas duty. We had always sent him care packages, and always included his favorite cookie (which apparently were greatly appreciated by his entire squad!). I baked a giant chocolate chip cookie, wrapped it in several graduated boxes and the look on his face was priceless when he finally got to the actual gift!
I think the best gift I gave my husband was tickets to a nascar race for his birthday. He had never been to a live race and I have never seen him so excited. He is the one who got me into nascar and we both had a wonderful time and have been to a few races since then.
Buster was the greatest fathers day gift a guy could want. He aged from the sweetest kitten to a warm lovable 1 year old. He still makes me feel special every day of the year. Really a gift that keeps on giving!!
the worst ‘gift’ my husband ever got was a box of his childhood ‘memories’… It wasn’t so much the ‘gift’, but the way it was given…
This could be a long story. One year when I was a kid my mom let me open up one Christmas present early. So, not knowing what was in the wrapped boxes I proceeded to lift and shake each one trying to determine what was in it. After much deliberation I finally decided on the smallest box. I had heard that good things come in small packages, and not only was this box small (about 2 inches by 2 inches), it also had some weight to it. I showed my mom the box I wanted to open and she smiled at me in approval. Anxiously, I tore off the wrapping paper, opened the box and found … 4 AA batteries!
This was the most disappointing moment ever. However, on Christmas day I learned what the batteries were for. My parents got me a portable stereo with dual cassette decks (which was amazing at the time). So, that was probably the worst gift I ever got, but it turned out to be great in the end.

I gave him a ridiculous card I made him that I thought at the time was fantastic, but in hindsight was horrible! haha…

The worst gift was an expensive box of golf balls. Turns out he only plays with one brand and type and didn’t want them but instead of telling me and letting me exchange or return them he just gave them away.

I am an awesome gift-giver, so I can’t say that I’ve ever given a gift to a guy that merited complaint. Maybe some of the sweaters my dad got weren’t the greatest in hindsight, but in 1988 they were stylin’
However, my Hubbs once received a “home-cooked meal” of perogies smothered in ketchup, sour cream, and mayo. I don’t think he much enjoyed that gift.
Oh…and my Hubbs wants to add that the *best* gift he’s ever received was my hand in marriage
Best gifts I’ve ever given (all to Hubbs) include a fancy Seiko watch, an Xbox, a vintage Transformer toy, and a sexy leather jacket.

The worst gift was a book.
My best gift to my husband, when we were dating, was a skin-care kit from Garden Botanika. Looking back, it was kind of a daring gift, because not all guys would appreciate that. But, I must say that I knew my hubby even then, because he loved it, and to this day he is sad because they don’t make those products any more.
He says the greatest gift I’ve given him is our children.

For Valentine’s Day, I surprised my guy by taking him to a japanese steakhouse (he’d always wanted to go, didn’t know we were going). While we were there, his best friend and HIS girlfriend joined us. Then, afterwards, we went to the Rodeo. All of it was a surprise to him and he loved it.
Worst gift I’ve received (not including childhood gifts) is a copy of Half-Life 2… years after I already bought and played it. Heh.
I gave my husband a new car and it really was a surprise!

As a kid, I bought a pair of underwear with Santa on them for my dad. They were bikinis…but he wore them!
The best gift I ever gave a man was to my now husband. When we just started dating I made him a quilt. It took me two months a few hours each night to make it. It looked great in his apartment. Ten months later we married!
The worst gift I ever received was a New England Boiled Dinner a friend made for me. It was horrible and I got sick.

The worse gift I got from my girlfriend, now wife – was a box of rocks. For weeks, whenever I asked she would threaten to give me a box of rocks. Sure enough when I opened the gift, there was a pile of rocks in a box. The rocks were sitting on top of a set of new towels, but what bachelor wants new towels. My “gift” was more for her because she was sick of my old family hand-me-down bath towels.
my husband gave me a used breast pump once and was so excited so I wrapped it up and told him to save it for his next wife becuase if he ever did anything like that again his butt was mudd- I never used it and gave it to him dirty the same way he gave it to me
The worst gift I gave my husband…or at least the one he always teases me about, was our first christmas. I didn’t have a lot of cash, so I made him a diorama with a little figure bungee jumping…along with an IOU for a future bungee jump. He still teases me about the diorama 20 years later…
I gave him herpes and he gave me a daughter.
That was the extent of the relationship.
