This is a prize worth winning – DuWop’s eye palettes are A-MA-ZING. 
To kick off their new forum (go check it out!), DuWop is holding a contest:
We want to give away a smoky eye palette from our new Smoke Collection!
Each palette comes with a gorgeous shimmery, highly pigmented powder and matching creamy cake eyeliner in dark, smoky shades like Plum Wine, Olive Branch, Navy Seal, and Black Gold.
One winner will receive the smoky eye palette of his/her choice.
All you need to do is tell us about your most innovative Halloween costume idea (a picture would help!) and after Halloween, we will pick the winner!
I stink at the creative side of Halloween (although I did good several years ago as Anna Nicole Smith, but that might be a little distasteful this year), but I am SO going after that smoky eye palette, I promise you it will be worth it.
