I ♥ Beauty Secrets

My friends know that I really don’t like doing memes but I got tagged by the Channel newbie, Tris Hussey of MANSCAPING 101, so I thought I’d be all warm and accommodating and indulge him this time. Ha. I kid. I kid.

Anyway, I was asked to spill my Beauty Secrets and like stepping on petroleum jelly, they all slipped out with ease. Ack. Er, I can’t really say that these things I’ll be sharing are mind-blowing. I haven’t really reached a point in my beauty life wherein I’ve settled on a particular routine that I’m going to live by all throughout my life.

Anyway here they are:

My Foundation: Right now, I’m loving liquids. Elizabeth Arden’s Intervene.

My Mascara: Alternating Sephora’s Volume Mascara and Elizabeth Arden’s Ceramide Lash Extending Treatment Mascara. What can I say? I’m still experimenting.

My Blush: A huge fan of The Body Shop’s Cheek Colour and I adore their Bronze-on Beads.

My Eye Shadow: Beauty & Minerals supplied me with a huge amount of Valerie and Monave Minerals. I use them with Shimmer Wave eye palette of The Body Shop. I’m looking into trying MAC real soon.

My Day Cream: Can’t seem to find Johnson’s Moisturising Day Cream here so I’m currently using Elizabeth Arden’s Intervene Pause & Effect Moisture Creme. (I’m currently using RevaleSkin for My Night Cream but it’s not really part of the original list. Heehee.)

My Lipstick: Shu Uemura Rouge Creme. Loving it.

My Beauty Product Brand: I love The Body Shop but I’m also finding myself leaning towards Shu Uemura.

My Essential Beauty Product: Moisturiser. I’d like to keep my skin hydrated.

My Favorite Makeup Product: Lip balm. Hands down. Oh ok, eyeliners comes really close. Hehe.

My Perfume: I’m forever in love with Gucci Rush.

My Nails: So far, I’m pretty impressed with ORLY nail lacquers (that is if you haven’t noticed with all my nail posts) but I’m not really that particular about them nails.

My Feet & My Hands: These two ought to be separate but right now, they’re getting same sort of attention as the rest of my body. I love moisturising my skin and that’s what I’ve been doing lately. I ♥ OLAY’s In-Shower Body Lotion.

Three Products to bring on a deserted island: Dove gentle exfoliating soap, Sunsilk Damage Repair haircare system and a toothpaste!

Woman I admire for their beauty: All who need not fake anything.

Woman with the Best Sense of Style: Every woman who knows how to choose a gorgeous pair of shoes.

My Ultimate Dream (but I do not believe in selling my soul to the devil for it): To call Anna Wintour by her first name. Heehee. XD

How Do I Define Womanhood: Independence, strength, passion and integrity. Yes, no frills. One thing that a woman should not be — Weak. This will reflect on relationships of all kind.

My Favorite Fashion Publication: Vogue. End of discussion.
