Isaac Mizrahi for Liz Claiborne Women

Whew I am behind today - happy Hump Day to you.

Interesting news today: I’m really happy to hear that Liz Claiborne, who has been struggling a little for the last couple of years, has hired the great Isaac Mizrahi (does anyone not love him??) as creative director with responsibility for brand design and marketing for their women’s apparel line. I have always loved Isaac, and have been a surprisingly big fan of his line at Target, and personally I think this is a tremendously good match for Liz Claiborne (who I also love, but not as much as Isaac - lol). I bet Target will really miss him - wonder how they will replace his influence? We will be watching.
