We all want to shine, but not in the sense of being “shiny”.

Jane Ireland Brush-Me Matte is awesome – it’s a shine-reducing powder in a convenient, travel-ready brush.

What does that mean? Well, you won’t be ME. Standing in a foreign country. In the bathroom. About to leave for dinner. And realize that while you have your favorite compact…you forgot your cosmetic brush.

And so, if everything comes in a single package, I have a HOPE of getting my act together. In theory.

Beyond my own tendency to be feeble-minded, another reason I love this product: It’s made with rice! Rice starch works to keep the skin shine-free all day. It is also – like any good carb -  absorbent and translucent and works under or over our mineral powders.

(Well, I made that up. I don’t know if ALL carbs do that. But this one does.)

I totally heart Jane Iredale, I haven’t had a chance to try this yet, but I do forget brushes often, and this would certainly solve that problem!
