Jane Iredale’s Gold Dust

I mentioned the other day about my super bizarre dream that had a bit of Jane Iredale mixed into it – and made a brief mention of the 24-karat Gold Dust. I just thought they needed their own post though, so here goes:

kit goldmine

OMG I really love these. I mean really. They are 6 of the most beautiful and useful colors – gold, silver, bronze, pink, lilac and champagne, the champagne being my absolute favorite. They have real gold powder in them and are for application anywhere on the body – you can mix them with a little hair gel, body lotion, or whatever, and you will get just the most beautiful gilding of your skin/hair. I love to use them on my eyes – but they absolutely require the use of an eye primer, they will come right off without it. I need to try it with a little liquid foundation, that might work as well. I am currently using the end of a tube of my favorite eye primer from BeautiControl, but am going to try Urban Decay’s next, upon the glowing recommendation from my friend the Beauty Addict. That sounds just like the kind of eye primer I really love.

  1. [...] I was first turned onto jane iredale’s mineral makeup line by Christina. If Christina loved it, then surely it had to be something I needed to try. [...]
