Jean Paul Gaultier’s Classique

A few weeks ago, I was helping one of my best friends pack up one apartment to move to another.

jeanpaulclassiqueShe, too, is a beauty editor, and upon opening up one of her hall closets, we were greeted by shelves upon shelves of bottles of lotions and potions.

When such myriad options are in front of you…what jumps out? The prettiest package.

And, that day, I oo’d and ahh’d (and grabbed) everything that came in sexy bottles – without even knowing what it smelled like or even who made it. And the same effect just happened again.

If you have been paying attention, the constant theme that runs through each of Jean Paul Gaultier’s works are an image of a woman.

This theme continues in the limited-edition Classique, a sweet floral-oriental scent in a corset-shaped bottle.

I love the scent – but also the bottle – and I think it may be a perfect choice for your spring fragrance editions.
