Multivits and Vitamin E

A trip to a local drugstore signaled the start of new health regimen for me. My current weight of 83 lbs worries the heck out of a lot of people — mainly family and friends. They often mistake me to have some sort of eating disorder whereas I’m just bad at eating right AND sleeping right. So, to answer the ultimate question, I am not suffering from anorexia or bulimia. And, no, I’m not in denial. Heh.
I reckon I thought it best to let you guys in on something this personal cuz I believe this is part of all things beauty. Keeping a healthy lifestyle. If you’re healthy, your skin is healthier, your hair is healthier. Catch my drift? There will be a certain radiance that no makeup or toner or facial wash can ever give you.
I really believe that my skin will look better, even the colour. I’m even looking forward to see my hair in a better state. Less hair fall, egad.
With the multivits (Centrum), it will provide me with the following:
Vitamin B Complex – (including Folic Acid) helps maintain a healthy digestive system and nervous system; aids growth and fetal development (pregnant women I suppose)
Vitamin D & Calcium – helps maintain strong teeth and bones
Iron – helps maintain healthy blood
Zinc – for growth and development
Beta-Carotene – helps maintain a healthy immune system; converted into Vitamin A as and when the body requires it
Vitamin A – helps maintain healthy skin and eyes
Vitamin E – helps maintain a healthy body and immune system
Vitamin C – helps maintain healthy teeth, gums and bones; assists the body’s absorption of Iron; intake needed regularly as stores are easily depleted
As for the separate Vitamin E bottle (Myra e), it will help maintain healthy skin and eyes for youthful glow; protect against atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disorders; improve nerve functions and help prevent onset of neuromuscular de-generative diseases.
Thin is good but not skeletal. I’m simply hoping to put some meat on my bones. Don’t really like seeing them poking out. Yech.
I guess, there will be a lot of changes for the coming new year. This is just the beginning. I hope we can see results in a month. I’m gunning for it. Wish me luck!
