I had the most fabulous week ever, and it was capped with a burlesque dance class with the fabulous women of Purple Lab cosmetics (and some of my favorite fellow beauty bloggers) taught by the brilliant and beautiful Veronica Varlow.

I will talk more about the burlesque video shoot soon – there’s photos and VIDEO upcoming – but for now, I just had to chat about the awesomeness that is Purple Lab.
Karen Robinovitz is the brains and beauty behind Purple Lab, and the incredible Huge Lips, Skinny Hips. This product is a lip plumper + lip gloss but ALSO includes hoodia, an appetite suppressant.
As a girl who was a size smaller last summer, I was instantly intrigued by the concept – and even more impressed that it WORKS. It’s paraben-free has also has Meadow Foam to bind moisture to the skin and Lemon Peel Oil to cool and soothe. The Vitamin B3 stimulates blood flow to the lips, which is where the plumping comes from.
Karen is an inspiration – and her team is full of incredible women I aspire to emulate. Her product? A permanent inclusion in my beauty bag!
