		<description>Perhaps the issue is not with Target - but with that particular Target in College Station? I&#039;m a Target Addict as well and I&#039;ve never seen any of their aisles in the condition you described (which was pretty yucky). I&#039;m always looking at the Boots products, too. I&#039;ve seen things in a bit of disarray, but that was mostly around Christmas - and it was so crowded that Target would have needed to have an army of workers prowling around to constantly straighten up.
