I'm a Target Addict as well and I've never seen any of their aisles in the condition you described (which was pretty yucky). I'm always looking at the Boots products, too. I've seen things in a bit of disarray, but that was mostly around Christmas - and it was so crowded that Target would have needed to have an army of workers prowling around to constantly straighten up. Just a thought! Perhaps the issue is not with Target – but with that particular Target in College Station?
