RareMinerals are out!

Rare Minerals, by bareEscentuals has been released at Sephora! This is the nighttime skin treatment that I talked about a couple of weeks ago.
RareMinerals comes in clear as well as light, medium and tan colors if you need a little extra beauty boost at nighttime. I know some of you commented that why on earth would you need color at nighttime – but I think it is a neat idea. I know I hate it sometimes when I have looked all pretty during the day, then come to bed looking like a hag. LOL I can’t wait to try this, it sounds kind of fun to me, and if it does good things to my skin, then I just don’t see a downside!

Bare Escentuals RareMinerals™ Skin Revival Treatment Clear is available at Sephora.com for $60.

  2. Hi G – thanks for taking the time to leave a comment, and welcome! ;)

Rare Minerals is a brand new product, so I don’t know how long it will take for anyone to happen by that might have tried it, but I will try it just as soon as I am able (monetarily!), and will certainly post a review. I hope you will keep an eye out and keep coming by. And please, if you hear anyone else talk about it, let us know what they had to say!

I’ve only had the product for a week and i definetly see improvement with overall skin appearance. I have very very sensitive skin and a lot of redness and acne scaring. The reddness has toned down a lot in just a week (i’m using my concealer brush less and less) and i’m hopeful about the scars. The coverage is very light, but doesn’t seem to transfer to pillowcases. I really like the product and will keep using it.

  4. Oooh thanks SO much Shelley for sharing your opinion -I am so excited to hear that you like it. I am definitely going to try it, but am on a strict budget at the moment, but as soon as I get some leeway, I am there!! :) Hope to see you again Shelley!

Try about face cosmetics mineral foundations. They are composed of all inert ingredients offer a natural spf of 17-20 (titanium and zinc oxide based) and offer anti-inflammatory properties. Competitively priced $42.00 for approx. 9 month supply. Fast and easy to use!:-). A cult favorite!!!!

    Pamela,
is this http://www.ascendingwings.com/colors.htm what you are talking about? I looked and looked online for “About Face Cosmetics”, this seems to be as close to what you are describing!
    thanks

    Gretchen,
I have fair skin (great for red spot and scars) so i got the light. Still loving it. My mom asked me what i was doing different today and told me skin looked good!!! I was soooo excited since i’ve had bad skin for most of my life (30something years).

    Hello,
Can someone tell me how to apply RareMinerals.
I bought a sample and no instructions for
application were included. Thanks in advance
    for your reply.

I received my Rareminerals and tried it last night. I felt the exfoliation action taking place almost immediately. Felt like when they apply the stuff at the facialist. Too soon to see any dramatic results. But I felt it working the first try. I’ll try to post in another week.

I too waited a few months before shelling the $60. But I took advantage of the free shipping deal online and was not charged any tax!!!I also bought the honey bisque, which I can’t live without. It works like magic in concealing and blends perfectly with the foundations. I’m addicted to it. :)

I would like to say that rare minerals nighttime treatment is a fabulous product. I have been using it for 4 months now and have noticed an incredible change in the texture of my skin. I use the “light” and it dusts a liught powder ontop of your skin after you wash your face at bedtime. It makes my face look great and my husband has no idea i am wearing it!! I look like i have flawless skin even going to bed and the best thing is its not makeup! Its a treatment for my skin that makes it look amazing! I would pay MORE than 60$ for this product if i had to because it is that good!! I use bare escentuals makeup, however i recently tried Lizza Gibbons sheer cover AND her foundation has a more glowing youthful dewy look than bare escentuals. I use the mineral veil and all Leslies blushes tho. Just the foundation and conceil is BETTER in my opinion.

hey. i just got the rare minerals product. how do i use it? the intructions don’t make any sense and i don’t think anything is coming out onto the powder puff.
    please help

Love it! I have been using it for 3 weeks now and am so impressed. No messy sheets and my skin feels and look awesome! I have used everything from Arbonne to Erno Lazlo skin care products and this by far gives me the most results. I swear by it……
