Sampling Facial Scrubs

After recently hearing Rachel Hunter talk about how she exfoliates her skin daily, I have decided it is time for me to look at facial scrubs again, because I have been using the same one for years, and well, I love to try new things! I tried my first new one, Arbonne’s NutriMin-C Scrub, and so far, so good. The scent is orange, and it is nice-not overwhelming. The main ingredients in the scrub are walnut shell powder, chamomile, aloe and goldenseal extracts, and this scrub is in Arbonne’s anti-aging line. Sometimes I find with a scrub that there is not enough “grit” in it to feel like it gets the job done, and on the other hand, sometimes the grit is so big that it feels like you have sandblasted your face. This product was really a nice happy medium. Overall I like it, but will use it for a little longer to see the longer term results. The only downside with this product is that it is only available through an independant distributor, which can be a little tricky to find. Arbonne is a Swiss made product and has been on the market for about 25 years – in fact I sold it about 15 years ago, when they did not offer much beyond basic skin care, but it was good, and I thought worth another look. The price is $28 for 4 ounces, and a little goes a long way.
Let me know what your favorite facial scrub is, I would love to get some direction on what to try next!
