Ok, after months of saying I don’t “get” the appeal of Scarlett Johansson, I am starting to get it. As of about a week or so ago, when I saw some amazing pictures of Scarlett in a publication that I cannot for the life of me remember what it is (but it was recent, and she was in more natural settings), she is starting to appeal to me.

This is Scarlett, this evening, at the London premiere of her new movie, The Prestige (which looks awesome, by the way). Even with the strangely pink strawberry blonde hair, she really is glowing. Aside from her perfect body, eyes and mouth, I think her proportion – the whole bloody package – is what makes Scarlett so appealing.
Her makeup here is flawless – her eyes are just a bit smoky, and her lips are red, but not too much – as is the norm with Scarlett, all of it is a little dramatic, but nothing is overdone.
What do you think? Do you love her too? Do you have any Scarlett Johansson movie recommendations for me?

Check out match point. Scarlet is smoking hot in this movie and it’s a clever and entertaining movie to
Match Point, definitely (which is all the better due to the delish Jonathan Rhys-Meyers). And I think you’re referring to a recent Allure cover. Check out Ghost World for some vintage Scarlett, too.
Sorry no dont really know who she is…as for her look, well if we had all the people i.e. hairstylist, makeup artist, dresser, etc. like she and all the others do in “Hollywood” we could all look like this…sorry but I just find it all unrealistic.
I think the publication you may be referring to, with the “more natural” photos of Johansson, is the latest issue of Allure.
I do agree that she’s getting better with time, but also because she knows how to use the advice of her stylists.
Scarlett has really bloomed beautifully as compared to her “Eight-Legged Freaks” days with a run-of-the-mill, passe look.
Scarlett is one of my favorite actresses these days. Match Point was great, loved her in Ghost World, Lost in Translation and The Prestige. Check out “Manny and Lo”. She was really young in this indie film, but it’s a great movie.
Nothing different than a lot of women. She’s an actor, and they’re not. They’re beautiful but she’s in the lime light due to acting from the age of 8 YEARS OLD. Nothing special, nothing unique, and definitley not the only one beautiful in world within the world of women. And I ain’t a jelous woman. I’m a male who photograph women for magazines. Trust me, when you in that crowd, it’s nothing unusual or big.
