Here’s another Korean beauty brand I’ve stumbled upon.

It has ingredients such as coral, jade powder, herbals including Jaeumdan, 6-year old ginseng, Sangchun powder, and natural colour homogenized extracts.

The aged ginseng is said to make the skin healthy and enriched.

The naturally mixed six-coloured powders aids in brightly and vividly finishing the final look of makeup. The beautiful colors extracted from red Maximowiczia chinensis, violet Bokbunja, Shin-I, orange Hongwha, white pearl, jade, and coral all creates a natural-looking color in the makeup. The Sangchun powder also makes your skin look radiant and ‘blooming’.

There are two things that the Korean brand Sulwhasoo uphold, “enhancing the blood circulation for a healthier skin” and “deeper skin relaxation providing a brighter skin”. Both are processes under the “JaEum” or the “restoration of the Yin to hydrate the skin”. They believe that dry skin is indicative of a lack of the Yin energy. Sulwhasoo products seek to restore the natural balance of the user’s Yin energy.

Suggested application:

Apply it lightly with a brush or puff while adjusting the colour shade. For shading partial areas, use a brush. For splendid make-up overall, and then use puff.
