As I pen this introduction, I am readying myself to hit the skies…not for vacation (alas) but to explore the spa and beauty regimes at a hotel and spa in Los Angeles.

I have found the answer to perfect skin. For the first time since I was a teenager, and actually DID have perfect skin, I got a compliment on my lovely complexion at breakfast yesterday morning. I hadn’t even washed my face yet. So, what did I do different? I rode 4 wheelers with my hubby in the chilly early morning air for about an hour, chasing escapee horses and cows.
