I am mega late on this this year, but I didn’t want too much more time to go by without talking about the 2008 CEW Beauty Awards winners. These are chosen by executives in the beauty business – editors, owners and every other type of professional you can think of in the biz. The first annual fashion blog awards, The Fabbies, are up and running!
