I am somewhat ashamed, as a blogger, to admit that I did my Valentine’s Day shopping at Target, but I did. Today. Yes, we all know that Target has the grooviest cheap merchandise around – sad, but true – the classy (wo)man’s WalMart. I wish it weren’t so. But what Target also has, that perhaps they shouldn’t, is an account with Boots, a fabulous line of cosmetics, skin and body care which has fairly recently made their way to the United States.
