Ontonio’s EON magazine reports today that Flouroracil (sold under the brand name Efudex), a popular drug used in chemotherapy, has been showed to have super-potent results in reducing wrinkles!
A study published by the Archives of Dermatology, revealed that this product was basically well-tolerated by most participants, all of whom had a condition known as actinic keratoses (precancerous lesions due to sun damage). After two months, there were reported differences in facial wrinkle reduction, ranging from “mild” to “much” improvement. 75% of the subjects expressed significant satisfaction with the product which contained 5% flouroracil as a [...]
Post from: eBeautyDaily

A study published by the Archives of Dermatology, revealed that this product was basically well-tolerated by most participants, all of whom had a condition known as actinic keratoses (precancerous lesions due to sun damage).
These are crazy awesome results, even for a product that was meant to be a skin cream! The product is right now only available by prescription, and is still considered medicine, so it may be a little hard to come by – but how cool is that???

Kinerase
Extreme Lift Eye
Kinerase Extreme Lift Eye is the answer for eyes that look years younger. This powerful but gentle formulation can be used around the eyes to target crow’s feet and under the brow bone to give a lifting effect. The result is visibly younger looking eyes without any painful procedures.
Perhaps it’s due to the product I’m currently experimenting on, the thought about eye creams and such came to mind. And I’ve begun to wonder how the rest of you beauties take care of the skin under and around your eyes.

I came across this anti-aging product from Kinerase, the Extreme Lift Eye. It claims to give results comparable to injectable in-office procedures (botox for the eyes?).

The copy also states that it can help restore the collagen levels of both young and mature skin. It reduces fine lines and wrinkles. And it says that it’s even safe to use under the brow bone for instant lift and and tightening effect. And most impressive — quite possibly the selling point of the product — that it can visibly reduce the appearance of crow’s feet in five minutes. But that remains to be seen.

The Kinerase Extreme Lift Eye is priced at $95 and is only available over at Sephora.

So, ladies, what are your main concern in terms of your eyes? How do you deal with them? Do you use eye creams to repair the damage if any? How effective is it? Do share. I’d love to know more about this bit about skin care. I’m sure there are others who’ll appreciate your thoughts on the matter, too.
