I finally broke down last night and cracked open the Carmen Electra Aerobic Striptease DVD, and you know what? It might just be my ideal workout.
I went through most of the first 3 routines, and although barely broke a sweat, got some very good stretching and some cardio benefit out of it as well. I got to thinking about it, and strippers don’t want to be all sweaty and nasty either, so maybe this is the one for me!
