One of my favorite beauty icons, Audrey Hepburn, once said, “The beauty of a woman changes with the passing years, it is up to her to manage the change she desires.”
She was so right.
Now, more than 55 years later, Audrey Hepburn’s philosophy has enlightened millions of women to the benefits of taking advantage of all science has to offer when it comes to their appearance.

Avocado Skin Mask

Do you have dry skin? This facial mask made with avocado will hydrate, nourish and rejuvenate your skin.
Beat an egg yolk until frothy
Mash in 1/2 of an avocado until well blended
Apply to your clean face and neck
Allow to set for 30 minutes
Rinse with cool water
For oily skin, use the white of an egg instead of the yolk, plus a teaspoon of lemon juice. It will leave your face refreshed and smooth.

Miracle Whip Facial

I have found a couple references lately to a Miracle Whip facial – yes, the Miracle Whip salad dressing by Kraft. The vinegar in the dressing will exfoliate your skin, while the mayonnaise part of the concoction will moisturize! Apply a medium coating of Miracle Whip to your face and walk around, or go outside, so the fumes from the vinegar won’t knock you out (they are pretty strong!).
