Shu Uemura Lash Repair
Lash Repair helps strengthen eyelashes against future damage. Use as an overnight treatment for lashes, or use as a mascara primer to help create the look of full, thick, and shiny lashes.
Just how many of us really think about the care of our lashes? I believe that there’s a great number of women out there who even fail at taking care of their skin let alone bother with caring for their eye lashes.

But, hey, I’m not passing judgment here; just stating a known fact that women tend to look at makeup as just a tool to becoming prettier. There are people who forget that it can actually damage one’s skin, too.

Of course, that’s why there’s a need for moderation. Give your skin some breathing room. Allow some days for rest and rejuvenation. And yes, we should allot some time and effort to practice good skin and lash care.

One of the tools I’ve found is this invisible lash treatment from Shu Uemura called Lash Repair. As you can see it offers protection for future damage, stating the possibility. This is esp for lashes subjected to frequent use of lash curlers or for ones who have had their lashes permed. Of course, the use of mascara and the failure to remove them properly can have the lashes be prone to becoming weaker; they become brittle and prone to breakage. Like our hair, I guess. We need to take care of it — using intensive conditioners or hair masks — so it won’t grow brittle; that it would stay shiny and such.

Another thing that’s great about this Lash Repair is that it can also act as a mascara base which will help create a lashes that look full, thick, and shiny.

It’s available for $22 over at Sephora.

Now I ask, how do you take care of your lashes? What are the causes of lash damage known to you? How do you treat them? Do you use any particular product to take care of your lashes?
