This is Smashbox’s Proof Cream Eyeliner Palette ($29), a sampling of 10 hot selling cream eyeliner shades. These gorgeous brushes, by Shu Uemura, make me want to go out and buy a whole new set. Shu Uemura brushes are reputed to be the best out there, and are made to last a lifetime.
