Ask just about any natural beauty what their beauty secrets are and one of them will be “Getting plenty of rest.” Not only does a lack of sleep cause temporary dark circles and bags under your eyes, but it also interferes with your body’s natural repair and maintenance system which is hard at work while your body is sleeping.
