Dermadoctor’s Med e Tate is actually super simple – all you have to do is stroke a towelette!
The ingredients are actually sort of similar to the topical results of Botox, and helps avoid using stuff like topical prescriptions, prescription meds, or the aforementioned Botox. (And seriously, who wants to deal with stuff like shots or invasive procedures if they don’t have to?)
This isn’t for the girl who gets a little bit sweaty after pilates – this is for the serious sweater. [...]
Post from: eBeautyDaily

This isn’t for the girl who gets a little bit sweaty after pilates – this is for the serious sweater. (As in one who sweats, not who wears a seriously styling sweater…which too may make you sweat, but probably not excessively.)

Med e Tate contains potency antiperspirant available, but also plant extracts, to help maintain dryness. Plus they are little packets that look almost like those Wet Ones thingies…granted, for very different purposes.

1. Hydrate your skin
Mary says: “Drink at least one litre of water each day but remember to drink between meals rather than during meals.
“Drinking water with your food dilutes the digestive juices, making it more difficult for your digestive system to function at its best level.”

You know I do loves me some holistic tips for my skin, hopefully you will too! From RedOrbit are 5 tips from holistic practitioner, Mary Berkery, to make sure that skin you’re in is looking great all summer:

1. Hydrate your skin

Mary says: “Drink at least one litre of water each day but remember to drink between meals rather than during meals.

“Drinking water with your food dilutes the digestive juices, making it more difficult for your digestive system to function at its best level.”

2. Oxygenate

Mary explains: “Getting enough oxygen is crucial for crystal clear skin,” Mary explains.

“It helps the dilation of the blood vessels, increasing blood flow to the extremities and improving the condition of the skin.”

3. Alkalise the Diet

“Acidic substances such as coffee, alcohol, sugar, red meat and cigarettes upset the skin’s natural balance by stripping it of essential nutrients.

“Don’t overdo the dairy products as this can lead to dull, doughy skin which is prone to whiteheads and blackheads.

4. Balance your skin by allowing access to the natural elements

“The best advice is to avoid the sun’s strongest rays – half an hour in the morning or early evening will provide the skin with adequate exposure to the elements.”

5. Nurture your skin with natural ingredients

“Remember to use natural products that are rich in anti-oxidants like plant oils and botanical herbs to help combat the effects of city living and being away from nature.

This article is speaking straight to me (ha). Quit drinking so much milk, get up from the computer and get some fresh air. Thank goodness my dear hubby just got me a laptop so I can work outside now. Life is good!

1. Begin with a great cut. With the right cut, you can have wash and wear hair and you don’t need to rely on a blow dryer or straight iron.

4. Keep make-up to a minimum. Use water proof mascara and tinted moisturizer instead of foundation.

And don’t forget your sunscreen!
