October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and while you are busy picking up all of the cute pink appliances and lip glosses on the market this month, don’t forget to make an appointment for a mammogram, if you are of that age. Regardless of your age, you need a regular schedule of breast self exams if you do not currently have one.
