Thanks to Everyone – Comments For A Cure

I have started to write about 4 times today, but things kept coming up and up and up. I just want to not end the day before saying a great big thank you to everyone who took the time to leave a comment here and on all of our other participating blogs for Comments For A Cure. While I sadly did not reach my goal of 200, I did log a pretty darned impressive 122 comments. I can’t thank you enough!

I have made our donation to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation – I did manage to get that done first thing this morning before things started cranking up about b5media. I hope this will continue to be a yearly effort for all of us beauty bloggers – and I hope we have even more participants next year. I am going to be out of town next week (heading off to a family reunion in the boonies of the Colorado plains with potentially NO internet *gasp*), so I want to be absolutely sure you are well aware of our Comments For The Cure eBay auctions. You can find all of the info and links here – we have some gigantic and incredible collections of gadgets, skin care, makeup, nail care and just about anything beauty related you can imagine. Several of the other bloggers are running their own auctions as well (I am sadly just not that organized!). These auctions will start on June 10th, and will run for 7 days. I hope you will join in the bidding, as all products were donated very generously by the manufacturers, and 100% of the auction will go to the American Cancer Society.
