I told him my friend - who was with me - was going to test first and he basically ignored me after that, except for when I told him I was going to purchase. I wonder, does customer service in Mac generally suck? Or was it just because I came from the clinic and was wearing my work clothes? I wanted to buy a new Mac Studio Fix and Lipglass too but I was pissed so I decided against it. I hope this particular branch improves their service.
