LOL I totally agree, Gail. I JUST found jeans that had the wider legs that I actually loved and bought a bunch of pairs of them. Aargh. I probably still have some skinny jeans somewhere – but the chances of fitting my butt into them now are slim to none.

Ok I realize that this trend is not for me as I’m over the hill, but c’mon fashion world! I thought narrow bottom/larger top was supposed to make us look like ice cream cones! I was just learning to give up the tapered legs in favor of wider ones. Call me when “mom jeans” come back. I’ll reserve a pair in my closet.

I just cannot do skinny jeans because I knock-knees. Ugghh…it makes me so sad.

Believe me, I know just what you mean. They assure us “there really is a jean for everybody,” but we will see. I am clinging to lycra like a life raft.

“volume on top with a narrow bottom”…What if we have volume on the top AND the bottom? There is nothing on me that is narrow!
