Thinking of Spending a Fortune on the Hottest Spring Nail Polish?

napolean-perdis-poolside-polish Did you miss the release of Chanel’s Blue Satin?  If you did, don’t fear, and don’t run to eBay and spend double on it.  Napoleon Perdis has a gorgeous shade that matches Blue Satin perfectly, Poolside.

Napoleon Perdis is a relative newcomer to the American cosmetic marketplace, although he has had a multitude of stores and counters in his homeland of Australia, for a good long time now.  His full line is something that is very high up on my “try me” list, but it looks like the nail polish is going to be the catalyst to get me there quickly.  I really don’t think I can pass this up.

He has a full line of cosmetics, skin care and tools and brushes – of which I have heard great things already, at least enough to pique my interest.   Most of his line is available at Sephora, but I cannot find the nail color there (might possibly just be me…lol), so order straight from Napoleon Perdis here

Have you tried this line?  I would surely love to hear your opinions and your favorite products, so, as always – speak up!

    Hey Christina!

I’ve tried the Napoleon Perdis Blush Patrol and lip gloss. The glosses are nice – thick but not sticky, but I didn’t find the colors to be too innovative – I found that I had dupes of all of them, so I’m swapping them. The Blush Patrol is love! It’s similar to Laura Geller’s Blush n’ Brighten – it has swirls of plum, pink, gold and bronze. It’s the perfect mix of blush and bronze.

  2. Dang, you are fast Toya! Thanks a bunch for the info – Im looking more at his skin care than anything – and especially the primer. Im a sucker for a good primer. And good blue nail polish too. LOL Hope you’re doing very well, nice to see you ’round these parts! xox

His stuff has been in Canada for a while, it is nothing you can’t find in other lines. I haven’t tried the skin care at all. The man himself seems to do anything for publicity, he was the one who sent a press release offering his products to Paris Hilton when she was in jail http://www.news.com.au/story/0,23599,21821394-2,00.html

    Hey Christina,

I’ve tried the Napoleon Perdis makeup line but I’ve not tried the nail polish.

I see you picked the “blue” which is a popular colour for spring 2008, but I still don’t know if I’ll take the plunge or if I’ll still to more classic nail colours…but the blue surely looks cool.

    Miss Gisele B.

Nice blue. We have fallen for the OPI “Blue My Mind” which is slightly less dark. Great product.
