Bose QuietComfort 3 Noise Cancelling Headphones

Bose QuietComfort 3Ok, i just can’t help but rave about these headphones! (and the guy on the photo is hot, he looks like Pierce Brosnan *swoon*)

It may not be all cutesy-cutesy, but if you’re a semi-soundphile like me (even hardcore soundphiles, will love this!), then you’re in for a very nice treat.

My boss arrived yesterday from his US trip and he brought home a couple of new gadgets, a new Lumix camera, a black 80 gig iPod (he was so mad because a couple of days after, the new ipods came out, hahaha!) and the Bose QuietComfort 3 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones!

One of the things I loved about it (aside from the awesome sound quality! Great bass and fantastic sound clarity!) is the uber soft headphones! Honestly, I’m not really fond of headphones or earphones for the plain reason that your ears start to hurt after a couple of hours. But with these babies, I can wear them for days! Seriously haha.

I felt like I was in an eggshell while having the headphones on. The sound cancellation is absolutely awesome. It’s really sooo quiet. All the annoying noises are filtered except for people talking when you’re just wearing it with no music on.

And my boss explained to me how it works.

The headphones have a mic on both sides and they negate all the annoying background distractions so you’ll only hear music and voices. Cooool.

So if you can spare $349 for a lifetime (well until they break down anyway, which I’m sure won’t happen any time soon!) experience of great sound, I definitely vouch for this headphones!

And for a fun treat, try listening to Virtual Barbershop with your headphones!

I have a set of the Bose, which perform great if you want noise canceling, but if you want great sound, then for about $300 less, you can buy the iGrado headphones. Wow.
