Throw away your plastic credit cards! Those are a thing of the past!
On to the future! A wristwatch with a built-in credit card!
No more swiping. Just tap your wrist on a reader and your purchase is done!
Paypass is a technology found on some credit cards and keychain tags that enables you to make a purchase by just tapping your card or keytag on a sensor.
Definitely makes paying faster and more efficient for small purchases (like $25 and below).
Bigger purchases still require signatures though.
I wonder when this will be available in the Philippines. In the next century?! I mean hello, we don’t even have Paypal! Harrumph!

Well, the watch is a bit ugly for me, but I’m sure in the near future more fashionable watches will be enabled with Paypass!
Now, watches… what’s next? I’d love a Paypass-enabled RING!

Filipinos can have their own paypal account. Though some features are not yet enabled.
