D-Link Joins The Sexy Router Bandwagon This 2009 With The DIR-685!

D-Link obviously doesn’t want to be upstaged by Linksys this year. They’re bringing in their own sexy routers this 2009!
Good bye clunky, horrid looking D-Link routers! Say hello to D-Link’s Xtreme N DIR-685 wireless router!
And guess what, this isn’t your normal every day router. The DIR 685 actually comes with a hard drive bay that fits a 2.5 inch SATA hard drive. It also has a full-feature NAS (Network-Attached Storage) system and features a 3.2 inch LCD monitor!
The LCD monitor not only displays the network status, it can also serve as a photo frame, play streamed videos and show weather forecast!
The DIR-685 will hopefully be available by the end of first quarter with a price tag of less than $300.
