It’s amazing what some people can come up with, really. There are just so many DIY projects out there and this one is probably one of my favorites.

That little kitty plugged to the iPod Touch is actually an iPod remote. The remote has two soft buttons to control your iPod or iPod Touch.

Play/Pause: Single click
Next/Previous Track: Double click
Next/Previous Album: Triple click
Volume Up/Down: Press and hold

You need the following materials to make this very cute iPod remote: magic dock connector, conductive fabrics, yarn, thread, 3M velostat. If you are knowledgeable about circuitry the 10 minute rule might still hold, but seriously for me, this 10 minute guide seems a little complicated, haha!

But still, if you have nothing else to do at home and you’re looking for DIY projects, this one seems like a fun project to do!
