New Sleek Cybershot From Sony: DSC-TX1!

The new Cybershot DSC-TX1 looks so deliciously wafer thin, with a thickness of less than one inch! More specifically, 0.7 inch thick. Wooooooow. Sexay!
While the thinness of the camera is impressive, that’s not the feature the TX1 boasts. The TX1 uses the back-illuminated CMOS sensor called Exmor R. Exmor R is used by Sony’s digital SLRs and it helps in improving the quality of photos taken in low light.
It also has an antiblur multishot mode and a sweeping panorama shooting capability.
Sony DSC-TX1 features:
- 10 megapixel camera
- 3 inch touch screen
- Comes in silver, gray, pink and blue.
I just hope the TX1 will take better photos than the Sony DSC-T70. They pretty much come from the same line but I was sorely disappointed with the quality of the T70 photos especially those taken in low light and with flash.
The DSC-TX1 will be available this coming September with a price of $390. Wow, that’s a bit pricey, eh?

Wow. Drool-worthy. I had finally made up my mind and go for the Sony t900. And then this shows up. Gah. I saw one on Amazon for $379 for a pre-release order. Wooot woooooot. I’m now gonna have to wait til this goes out.
We had the opportunity to see this today at Best Buy!!! OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I haven’t been so excited in quite some time!!!! Go to Best Buy and play with it! They are available there right now! ALSO…..There is something really cool you can purchase with this….The Party Shot!!!! Check it out on UTUBE. It only works with the TX1 and WX1 models. I know a lot of people are wondering about the photo quality, here’s what we fell in love with….. You can set this to BURST mode and shoot 10 photos in one sec at 10 MP. We have been searching for a compact camera that doesn’t compensate quality for speed and vice versa. SLR’s are toobig for us for we were looking for the best quality & fastest in a smaller package. Well, we’ve hit the jackpot! The quality of photos are great!!!! Anyways, just wanted to share my review and excitement.
